To cancel your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We apologize, but we cannot cancel items that have already been shipped or custom-made items.
Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have received the wrong product, we will gladly send it back or exchange it for another item. We do not exchange or accept returns of retail and last chance items, gift cards, face masks, swatches, tailored linen fabrics, and custom orders.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items unless they are defective. Please see our return policy for more information.
Once the item is received by our team, we will send you a confirmation to the provided email address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. For more information please read Return policy.
There are no additional fees or taxes for orders within the EU and the US. For other countries, customs and / or import fees are often incurred once the delivery arrives at the destination, which must be paid by the recipient. You have no control over these fees and cannot predict the costs involved, as customs regulations and import duties vary widely from country to country. Our linen products are made in a small workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania. Lithuania is one of the three Baltic states in Northern Europe where flax is deeply rooted in folklore and mythology. and people's daily life.
It is recommended to wash by hand at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. All clothes should be washed inside out. DO NOT tumble dry, do not bleach, use medium ironing.
Here at Isole Linen, we are all about the well-being of our planet, so all garments are sustainable and eco-friendly. We use water-based inks that are 100% eco-friendly and solvent-free.
We use pure 100% Baltic linen, one of the finest in Europe! Certificate: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. More information about specific garments you can find in their description.
Stonewash is a modern and safe technology for softening linen material, which is quite hard by nature.
